On October 8, Xinghua Ecological Environment Bureau of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province issued a public announcement on the acceptance of EIA documents for 60 MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation in Lincheng Street, Xinghua City.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Nanshan Community and Anzhou Village, Lincheng Street, Xinghua City, and the construction unit is Xinghua Green Energy Concentrating Energy Co., Ltd. The project uses 106,488 photovoltaic modules with a capacity of 660 Wp. The installed capacity of DC side is 70. 28208 MWp, and the rated capacity of AC side is 60 MW.
The project covers an area of 572,661 ㎡, with a total investment 21871 of 7900 yuan and a construction period of 6 months. This is a major change for re-approval. Originally,
the project mainly relied on the water surface of about 412 mu of pits and ponds in the region to build a fishing-photovoltaic complementary power generation facility with an installed capacity of 24 MW, and obtained the environmental assessment approval of Taizhou Ecological Environment Bureau in January 2026. In
April 2026, the construction unit adjusted the construction content of the original project, optimized and adjusted the installed capacity of the project to 60 MW, expanded the total water surface area of pits and ponds from 412 mu to 859 mu, and the construction site remained unchanged. The construction unit has completed the change of project filing in July 2026 and obtained the new version of Jiangsu Province Investment Project Filing Certificate.
Up to now, the project has not yet started construction.
