On February 26, Henan Branch of Iron Tower Energy Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement for the procurement project of photovoltaic modules (the first batch) in 2026.
The announcement shows that the project purchases 650 Wp and 705 Wp photovoltaic modules with a total budget of 34.0527 million yuan, and the first batch of estimated total installed capacity is 40.18 MWp. The supply cycle of the project is to deliver the goods to the place designated by the tenderee in Henan Province within 14 days from the date when the tenderee issues the order.
It is worth noting that the project sets a maximum bidding price limit. The maximum price of photovoltaic modules with power of 650Wp is 0.76 yuan/W , and the maximum price of modules with power of 705Wp is 0.74 yuan/W (the above price limits are the benchmark unit price excluding tax).
The project will select three winning bidders for share allocation, with quotas of 37%, 33% and 30% respectively. The details are as follows:
This tender requires the bidder to have a good business reputation and operating conditions. In terms of performance, the bidder is required to have a photovoltaic module product sales industry of not less than 8 million yuan in the People's Republic of China from January 1 , 2024 to the date of publication of the tender announcement for this project. The project accepts agent bidding and does not accept consortium bidding. The deadline for
bidding is 09:00 on March 19, 2026.
