On September 4, the Development and Reform Commission of Xinhe County, Aksu, Xinjiang, issued a statement saying that the information of the online "1.6 GW Photovoltaic Sand Control Project" was not true, that the project had never been approved or filed, and that the so-called filing certificates, grid access approval and other documents were forged. So far
this year, Many places in Xinjiang have repeatedly issued "anti-counterfeiting" statements on photovoltaic projects , including "1 million kilowatts of photovoltaic sand control" in Shache County, "3GW complementary medicine and light" in Wensu County, and "1GW photovoltaic industry bidding" in Shaya County, which have been proved to be false information.
Illegal elements often commit fraud in the name of project subcontracting, margin, investment in shares, etc. The scale of the projects involved is often GW level. This year, the total number of false projects that have been "cracked down on" has exceeded 10GW.
The industry calls on relevant departments to urgently strengthen institutional safeguards and market supervision, while investors also need to be vigilant and not trust the so-called "internal recommendation" or "early lock-in" and other "shortcuts".
