The meeting demanded that we should resolutely carry out the implementation and take the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions as a powerful driving force to promote the reform and development of the group and the Party's construction to achieve new results. Combining with the actual situation, we should take the formulation and implementation of the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" of the Group and the promotion of a new round of state-owned enterprise reform as the traction, deeply integrate scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation, accelerate transformation and upgrading, deepen capital empowerment, strive to open the "second curve" of growth, accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity, and truly transform scientific theory into a powerful force to guide practice and promote work.
