On October 19, the SASAC of the State Council held a symposium on deepening the professional integration of central enterprises and accelerating the development of strategic emerging industries in Beijing. Wang Hongzhi, member and deputy director of the SASAC Party Committee of the State Council, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. A total of 14 groups of projects from 23 central enterprises and local state-owned enterprises were signed at the meeting. Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China National Building Material Group, attended the meeting and witnessed the signing of the contract. Chang Zhangli, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China National Building Material Group, and Liu yuan, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Electric Power Construction, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both enterprises. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages, establish a strategic partnership, and carry out practical cooperation in the fields of industrial chain and supply chain, capital and equity, business synergy, green low-carbon, internationa l operation, innovation and R & D, so as to promote the two sides to achieve high-quality development.
China Building Materials Group and China Electric Power Construction are both central enterprises directly managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. Both sides have obvious complementary advantages. They have a good basis for cooperation in the fields of industrial chain supply chain construction, innovative research and development, green low-carbon, internationalization and other business areas. They are promoting basic building materials, green building materials, new energy, new materials and other fields. Broad consensus has been reached and positive progress has been made in promoting specific cooperation issues such as offshore wind power, green building materials and overseas projects, and there is broad space and great potential for deepening cooperation between the two sides.
