On May 7, China National Building Material Group held the 2024 Rule of Law Construction and Compliance Management Promotion Meeting, earnestly implemented the requirements of the Promotion Meeting for Deepening the Rule of Law Construction of Central Enterprises and the Group's work plan for 2024, summarized the achievements of the Group's rule of law construction and compliance management in the past year, and studied and deployed the key tasks for the next stage. Zhou Yuxian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Group, attended the meeting and made a speech. Wang Yumeng, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice General Manager, made a report on the construction of the rule of law.
Zhou Yuxian systematically and comprehensively expounded the topic of "how to guarantee the high-quality development of the group with high-quality legal compliance work" from four aspects: political position, litigation management, compliance management and organizational construction. He emphasized that we should do a good job in the construction of the rule of law and compliance management of the Group from four aspects:
First, we should improve our political standing and broaden our horizons. Enterprises should stand at the political height of the "big country" to carry out in-depth construction of the rule of law, enhance core functions, improve core competitiveness, and help build the "big country" and build a strong material country.
Second, we should pay close attention to risk management and strengthen case control. Through the phenomenon of litigation, we should find the root of risk, see the essence of management, truly realize "prevention and control in advance, response in the event, promotion after the event", and do a good job in the "second half of the article" of litigation.
Third, we should strengthen compliance management and achieve accurate coverage. We should comprehensively and dialectically study the relationship between "establishing" and "breaking", so as to achieve the joint efforts of the three lines of defense and the unity of knowledge and practice of compliance management.
Fourth, we should strengthen organizational construction and enhance management and control capabilities. Legal compliance workers at all levels should dare to manage, be able to manage and be able to manage, strengthen their determination to make real efforts, and take the construction of world-class rule of law as the goal, so as to achieve strong support, high comprehensive level, solid organizational system, remarkable results of first-class standards, and no major violations of laws and regulations.
