Lianshui Tangji 84.5MW Fishing-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project and Lianshui Huangying 45.5MW Fishing-Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Project were announced. The tenderer is Lvhui Technology (Huaian) Co., Ltd. and the entrusting unit is China Coal Green Energy Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. According to

the bidding information, the 84.5MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project of Luhui Science and Technology (Huaian) Co., Ltd. is located in Tangji Town and Shihu Town, Lianshui County, Huaian City, Jiangsu Province , with a planned construction scale of 84.5MW. The project covers an area of about 1475.34 mu, with DC side installed capacity of about 103.824 MWp and AC side installed capacity of about 84.5MW. A new 110 kV booster station will be built simultaneously. The 45.5MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power generation project
of Luhui Technology (Huaian) Co., Ltd. is located in Huangying Town, Donghu Town and Dadong Town, Lianshui County, Huaian City, Jiangsu Province . The planned construction scale is 45.5MW , the project covers an area of about 828 mu, the DC side installed capacity is about 57.5568 MWp, and the AC side installed capacity is about 45.5MW. A new 110 kV booster station will be built simultaneously. The scope of this
tender covers Tangji Project and Huangying Project EPC general contracting project (including booster station), which is a turnkey project. Tangji Project and Huangying Project are connected to the grid with full capacity on November 30, 2026, with 270 calendar days.
The contract type is provisional estimate + fixed total price contract, and the contracts for Tangji Project and Huangying Project are signed separately.
The project requires the bidder to have the EPC general contracting performance of one centralized photovoltaic power generation project above 100MW (including) from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding (including 110 kV and above booster stations). Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project, and there shall be no more than two members of the consortium. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents and the time for bid opening are 15:00
on December 22, 2025.
