On August 2, the Northwest Regional Management Department of China Power Construction Port and Shipping Company issued a bidding announcement for the procurement of photovoltaic modules for the 100MW Muguang Complementary Hybrid Photovoltaic Power Generation Project .
The announcement shows that due to the need of EPC general contracting project of China Power Construction Group Port and Navigation Construction Co., Ltd., China Power Construction Mozhugongka 100MW Muguang Complementary Hybrid Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, the company intends to purchase 1.98 MW P-type double-glass 550W photovoltaic modules by means of bidding (public inquiry and price comparison).
This bidding is an overall procurement, and the second round of quotation is adopted. The unit price, total price and detailed configuration parameters of the product must be stated in the bidding response supplier's quotation. The quotation includes all possible costs before the goods are delivered to the purchaser for use, such as manufacturing, transportation, loading and unloading, after-sales service, etc., and the supplier will not add any additional costs.
The delivery place is located at the construction site of Mozhugong ka Photovoltaic Project in Lhasa, Xizang Autonomous, and the delivery date shall be within 3 days after the buyer issues the delivery notice. For the appearance requirements of the
module, no obvious foreign matter is allowed inside the module. The area of the foreign matter on the surface of the cell is ≤ 1mm ², the length is ≤ 5mm, and the quantity is ≤ 2; the area of the foreign matter not on the cell is ≤ 2 mm ², the length is ≤ 5mm, and the quantity is ≤ 2; Under the equivalent illumination of 10001x, the uncorrected visual acuity shall not be less than 1.2. Observed at a distance of 1.5 meters from the module, there shall be no obvious color difference in the same cell and between different cells in the same module. Among them, monocrystalline silicon cells can only appear in one color..
It is noteworthy that the tender requires that the power commitment period of photovoltaic modules should not be less than 25 years, and the power decline in the first year should be less than 1%. After that, the power attenuation shall be ≤ 0.4% year by year, and the output power attenuation shall not exceed 10.6% during the 25-year operation period. Within 2 years, the proportion of obvious visual defects of PV modules shall not be higher than 0.1%.
The offer documents must be submitted before 17:00 p.m. on August 6, 2025.
