tender is the 800MWp photovoltaic power station construction project in Kuishan, Vientiane Mountain, Laos, including survey and design, engineering procurement, engineering construction, etc.
According to the tender announcement, the planned installed capacity of the first phase of the project is 805MWp on the DC side and 655.6MW on the AC side . 1,118,096 720W p monocrystalline silicon solar cell modules and 149 4.4MW centralized inverters are selected , and the average annual on-grid electricity is 1,133,694,740 kWh.
This tender requires bidders to be registered in China and have independent legal personality, in addition to having good business reputation and financial ability. The minimum qualification requirements are the following qualifications:
(1) Design qualification : Grade B of engineering design power industry (new energy power generation) Qualification and power industry (power transmission engineering, substation engineering) Grade B or above qualification or comprehensive Grade A qualification of engineering design;
(2) Construction qualification : Grade II or above qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction issued by the competent construction administrative department.
