According to the content, China Electric Power Construction Lincheng 100 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Haozhuang Town, Xishuzhen Town, Lincheng Town and Heicheng Town, Lincheng County, Xingtai City, with a construction scale of 100MW . 710W p double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon PV modules are used , 178,958 modules are installed in total, and the total investment of the project is 515 million yuan . The construction period is 9 months , and the construction unit is China Power Construction Juyuan Lincheng New Energy Co., Ltd .
The project was originally approved by Xingtai Ecological Environment Bureau on December 24, 2024. Later, due to the change of the construction site and area of part of the photovoltaic field, a new sensitive point (Baiyunzhang Village) was added, and the area of the photovoltaic field was changed from the original 2,179,154 m2 . Change to 2,648,900 m2 , an increase of 469,746 m2 . According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, if the project has undergone major changes, the construction unit shall re-submit the EIA documents for approval.
