announcement shows that Guoneng Liquan Xiling 200 MW Agricultural Photovoltaic Complementary Power Generation Project (Major Change) is located in Zhaoling Town, Liquan County. The total investment is 3896.
In January 2023, the project obtained the EIA approval document of Xianyang Administrative Approval Service Bureau on the project, with the document number of Xian Xing Approval Fu [2023] No.1. In the process of construction, due to the transfer of all the land of Qianshan Village, Xiaodong Village and Xiaoshan Village and part of the land of other villages (covering an area of 2,459,593 ㎡), the construction of photovoltaic area can not be carried out. The remaining photovoltaic field construction will be moved to Dongdiantou Village, Fengma Village and Lianer Village. The power is transmitted to the booster station by means of a combination of
buried cables and overhead lines (originally all buried cables were used).
