On November 5, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, issued the "Environmental Impact Report Form of 150 MW Tea Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project in Shizipu Tea Farm, Langxi County (Draft for Review)".
According to the announcement, the project is constructed by Huaiyang New Energy Co., Ltd. of Langxi County. The photovoltaic area of the project covers a total area of 4000 mu, which is leased land, with a planned rated capacity of 150MW , using 715 Wp N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided power generation modules, totaling 281,932 pieces. The 35kV collecting power line (with a total length of about 26.65 km) will be directly buried and laid overhead to the new 220kV booster station. One new 220kV booster station will be built, with a planned main transformer capacity of 1 × 170MVA; The booster station is equipped with an energy storage system of 18.8 MW/37.6 MWh capacity. According to
the data, Langxi Huaiyang New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in October 2024, and its business scope covers solar energy technology power generation services, wind power technology services, energy storage technology services, etc. The company is a subsidiary of Sunshine Power .
