On June 14, the 11th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference and Equipment Renewal Forum, sponsored by China Cement Network, was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Wang Hongmei, a researcher at
the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, made a keynote report on the interpretation of the policy of ultra-low emission transformation and performance grading in the cement industry. Wang Hongmei made a number of suggestions on the environmental protection work of cement enterprises:
1. Cement production must be pollution prevention and control in the whole process, including source control, production process optimization and end treatment;
2. Coordination consideration of pollution reduction and carbon reduction is the homework that cement enterprises should pay attention to; With the increasingly strict requirements on the organized emission of
3、 cement kiln, especially NOx, the problem of ammonia escape should be paid more and more attention; It is a trend for
4、 cement enterprises to use waste heat or purchase dried materials independently. If natural gas is used for drying, the oxygen content needs to be converted to 8% (cement national standard requirements), and it is difficult for independent grinding stations to meet the requirements steadily; Although
5、 cement enterprises have made great progress in fugitive emissions, they still need to reduce the generation of smoke and dust through fine control and continuous process improvement;
6. Measures should be taken to prevent secondary pollution in the process of co-disposal of wastes, focusing on the rational design of sources and processes; Clean transportation of
7、 is one of the most important environmental protection requirements for the cement industry, and it is also the most difficult, but it is unstoppable;
8. With the continuous improvement of monitoring and control means, cement enterprises are required to gradually improve the overall environmental protection level through fine management; The environmental protection level of
