Environmental protection is the red line for the survival of cement enterprises.

On June 13, the 11th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference and Equipment Renewal Forum, sponsored by China Cement Network, was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Wu Shangan, Senior Consultant of

China Cement Network, Professor-level Senior Engineer of Hefei Institute and former Secretary-General of Bag Committee, made a keynote report on "Ultra-low Emission Technology Transformation and Equipment Renewal for Air Pollution Control in Cement Industry". Wu Shangan pointed out that the cement industry is experiencing an unprecedented difficult period of economic and talent shortage. Environmental protection is the red line for the survival of cement enterprises. Cement enterprises that are expected to survive in the future should have long-term development plans, scientific and reasonable choices, stable operation, mature technology, convenient management, low operation cost and no secondary pollution. At present, we should also consider the ultra-low emission technology route with convenient start and stop and energy saving, especially the choice of out-of-stock technology route must be based on long-term and reliable operation as the first choice.
