of N-type materials
was 65 thousand to 70 thousand yuan/ton, averaging 67 thousand and 800 yuan/ton, down 0.29% from the previous month; The
transaction price of
single crystal re-feeding was 59-65 thousand yuan/ton, with an average of 61 thousand and 600 yuan/ton, down 1.12% from the previous month; The
transaction price
of monocrystalline dense materials was 57-62 thousand yuan/ton, with an average of 56 thousand and 900 yuan/ton, down 1.16% from the previous month; The
transaction price of
single crystal cauliflower was 54-59000 yuan/ton, with an average of 56100 yuan/ton, down 1.58% from the previous month.
According to the price data of silicon materials, the lowest price and average price of three kinds of silicon materials , namely, single crystal re-feeding material, single crystal dense material and single crystal cauliflower material, have fallen by more than 1% annually. Among them, single crystal cauliflower material fell the most , the lowest price fell 1.82%, the average price fell 1.58%.
Since November 1, the price of silicon materials has fallen 8 times in a row.
