Japan Dayang Acid Industrial Gas Project Starts Construction in Changxing Island.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > On October 9, a grand commencement ceremony was held for Japan Dayang Acid Industrial Gas Project, the largest Japanese-funded project introduced by Dalian Changxing Island Harbor Industrial Zone. Vice Governor Li Wancai attended the opening ceremony.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > According to the introduction, Japan Dayang Japanese Acid Co., Ltd. was founded in 1910 and is the largest industrial gas and air separation equipment manufacturing company in Japan. At the end of September last year, Japan Dayang Acid Co., Ltd. and Dalian Changxing Island Lingang Industrial Zone signed a large-scale industrial gas investment project agreement, with a total investment of 72.25 million US dollars and an area of 30000 square meters. The project mainly produces oxygen, nitrogen and argon, which is a supporting industrial gas for major shipbuilding projects that have been stationed in Changxing Island Lingang Industrial Zone. The project is scheduled to be put into production by the end of 2009, when the industrial gas supply capacity will reach 270 tons per day, which can fully meet the demand for industrial gas in the port-vicinity industrial zone and surrounding areas of Changxing Island.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Dayang Rihua's entry into Changxing Island will greatly improve the quality of supporting industries in Changxing Island's port-vicinity industrial zone and contribute to the construction of China's largest shipbuilding industry base in Changxing Island.
