Japan combines recycled dust with concrete to make sand and gravel

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > On the morning of August 7, the Sony delegation of young Chinese students visited the Tokyo Eco-Industrial Park, experienced a different kind of garbage recycling plant, and felt the intimate combination of technology, environmental protection and efficiency.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Unlike the stench and flies in the impression, the quiet and clean Tokyo Eco-Industrial Park gave the delegation members a new understanding of garbage disposal. According to different categories, Tokyo Eco-Industrial Park is divided into eight factories, such as construction waste recycling and food waste recycling. Its production capacity has fully met the needs of the whole Tokyo area, and the recycling rate of all garbage has reached more than 80%. Except for infectious medical waste and other individual types, it can only be incinerated for power generation. The recycling rate of other categories, such as wood, paper and metal, is close to 100%, which truly achieves zero waste discharge.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > After getting a general understanding of the Tokyo Eco-Industrial Park, the students visited two of the factories. A treatment line of the construction waste recycling plant has attracted the attention of the students, namely the "dust recycling" line. To deal with construction waste, there will inevitably be some dust in the air, so there is a "dust recycling" production line of 40-50 tons per day, which can be mixed with concrete to produce sand and gravel. This production line not only guarantees the health of workers, purifies the environment, but also achieves economic benefits. The recycling of fluorescent tubes has made Japan exporter of mercury, because fluorescent lamps contain a lot of mercury.
