The statement shows that recently, after Shandong Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. of China Electric Power Construction Group won the bid for the information disclosure of Gangwujianzhuang Photovoltaic Power Station Project in Guanling County, it was found that illegal elements used the information of the project. Illegal acts such as illegal fund-raising and signing false contracts are carried out in the name of the company.
In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company, Shandong Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group has made a solemn statement in this regard:
I. Our company has never authorized any unit or individual to raise funds, sign entrusted payment, construction cooperation and other contracts on the grounds of Guanling County Gangwu Jianzhuang Photovoltaic Power Station Project. The public should be vigilant and beware of being deceived.
II. The acts of illegally raising funds and signing false contracts in the name of our company by using the project information of Gangwujianzhuang Photovoltaic Power Station in Guanling County are all false and fraudulent acts committed by illegal elements without authorization, which have nothing to do with our company, and our company is not responsible for the legal liability arising therefrom.
3. Warn any unit or individual who illegally raises funds and signs false contracts in the name of our company to immediately stop all illegal acts. Units or individuals who damage the legitimate rights and interests of our company will be investigated for all legal liabilities according to law.
It is understood that the project of Gangwu Shangzhai Photovoltaic Power Station in Guanling County is located in Gangwu Town, Guanling County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province, with a total investment of 400 million yuan .
The project plans to construct a 100MW photovoltaic power station and a power collection line, and jointly construct a 220 KV collection station with the proposed Shayingweili photovoltaic power station in Guanling County and Gangwujianzhuang photovoltaic power station in Guanling County. The project is planned to be connected to 220kV Bogong Town Booster Station through 4 circuits of 35KV collector lines, and no new energy storage power station will be built.
