On December 26, the Hebei Development and Reform Commission released the third batch of projects to be arranged in the annual development and construction plan of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in 2025, with 89 photovoltaic and wind power projects and 9.83577 million kilowatt s designed. There are 47 photovoltaic projects with installed capacity of 3.61527 million kilowatts.
The details are as follows:
In accordance with the requirements of the Notice on the Management of Wind Power and Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects during the Transition Period of New and Old Policies (JFGNY [2025] No.1232) issued by the Commission, the declaration of each city, the confirmation of access conditions by power grid companies and the review of basic requirements by third-party consulting units have been organized. Now the reserve projects that meet the land use conditions and are supported by the power grid company are publicized, and the new planned projects are subsequently included in the list of competitive projects in the province by our committee according to the procedures. There are 89 projects and 9.83577 million kilowatts to be publicized. See the annex for the specific list.
The publicity time is from December 26 to December 30, 2025. If there is any objection during this period, please report it to the New Energy Division of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission (Energy Bureau).
