In order to promote the development and construction of photovoltaic power station projects in our province, our committee has announced a number of photovoltaic power station projects since 2021. However, due to the adjustment of relevant factor guarantee policies and other factors, some photovoltaic power station projects are no longer qualified for development. In order to standardize project management, the Commission has abolished a number of photovoltaic power station projects in 2025. On this basis, the Commission has decided to continue to abolish 9 projects such as Fuqing Tongwei Huijin Fishing and Light Integration (Phase II) 60 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (see annex for details). A total of 958,750 kW. The relevant development and reform departments of the districts and municipalities are requested to notify the relevant functional departments in their localities that they will no longer accept applications for land and sea use for the above-mentioned projects. At the same time, the development and reform departments of all districts and municipalities are requested to speed up the construction of projects that have been incorporated into the annual development and construction plan (pilot) of photovoltaic power stations in our province, so as to ensure that the projects are put into operation on schedule.
The network connection and absorption resourcesoriginally arranged for the project were recovered by Fujian Electric Power Co., Ltd. of the State Grid.
