The cooperation aims to focus on Yemen and the wider Middle East market and explore the potential of developing large-scale utility and commercial solar projects, for which Trina Solar will provide the latest TOPCon 3.0 modules.

According to local media, Trina Solar recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Yemen's Al-Rabi Trade and Solar Energy Systems Company to jointly develop a 1.5g W solar energy project between 2026 and 2029. The agreement provides a framework for future discussions between the two sides on technical requirements, project opportunities and future cooperation models.

It is reported that the cooperation aims to focus on Yemen and the wider Middle East market, explore the potential of developing large-scale utility and commercial solar energy projects, and Trina Solar will provide the latest TOPCon 3.0 components for the project.
