once the vacuum pump in the crystal growth process breaks down, not only the silicon material in the whole furnace will be oxidized and scrapped, but also the crucible will be scrapped and the man-hour will be lost; The dust load in the coating process is large, and the vacuum pump body is easy to get stuck due to dust accumulation, which may lead to the shutdown of the whole production line; However, in the component lamination process, the jellies that are easy to produce are very easy to adhere to the rotor of the vacuum equipment, and long-term accumulation will lead to a smaller gap between the rotor and the housing of the vacuum pump, resulting in the problem of scraping and jamming.
Guo Xiaowen jokingly calls the vacuum pump a "screw" in the photovoltaic production process, but this seemingly insignificant "screw" plays a vital role in the stable and safe operation of the entire photovoltaic production line.
At present, with the power generation efficiency of crystalline silicon batteries gradually becoming the "ceiling", perovskite and perovskite-crystalline silicon tandem battery technology with higher development space has emerged and gradually risen, which also puts forward new requirements for vacuum equipment.
