Whether or not the components are genuine, they will be detained without authorization and will not be returned.
According to the above-mentioned sources, in addition to Jingke Energy, a number of first-line head component manufacturers have also carried out the above actions.
At present, the domestic market demand is weak and the competition is fierce, and overseas regions have become the key market for photovoltaic manufacturers. However, some traders take the opportunity to collect unauthorized components through various informal channels and sell them overseas at low prices. These component products flowing into overseas markets are mixed, some of which are genuine products of the original factory, but they are separated from the regular sales channels of the brand; some of them are also mixed with fake and inferior products of OEM.
This kind of behavior, on the one hand, directly damages the interests of component manufacturers and impacts their global channel layout and price system; on the other hand, fake and channeling products flow into overseas terminal markets, once quality and after-sales disputes occur, it will also affect the brand reputation of component manufacturers, and even the overall reputation and industry reputation of China's photovoltaic industry overseas. In April
this year, Xi'an Higher People's Court of Shaanxi Province (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Higher Court") issued 10 typical cases of intellectual property rights, one of which was about the crime of counterfeiting registered trademarks involving "export counterfeiting of solar energy components".
The case review shows that in July 2021, a Thai Energy Company in Zhengzhou signed a sales contract with a Greek company (referred to as "Greek Company"). It was agreed that Zhengzhou Moutai Energy Company would sell 1860 pieces of 540Wp photovoltaic modules of a certain brand to Greek companies at a price of 113.4 euros per piece. After the signing of the
contract, Zhou Moujing, the actual controller of Zhengzhou Moutai Energy Company, entrusted a company in Jiangxi to process 1240 solar modules with the same size and appearance as 540 Wp solar modules without the permission of the registered trademark owner. He also organized workers to affix the registered trademark nameplate purchased from the Internet to pretend to be a certain brand of solar modules, and forged the "Inspection Report of Finished Module Products" and sent it to Greece, where the Greek company paid more than 1.02 million yuan for the goods.
Later, the Greek company found quality problems during the use of the batch of solar energy products, contacted Zhou Moujing fruitlessly, and found that the above products were counterfeit registered trademark products through a brand of after-sales service.
Finally, in the above cases, Zhengzhou Moutai Energy Company and Zhou Moujing were sentenced to fines of 200000 yuan and 50000 yuan respectively for the crime of counterfeiting registered trademarks. At the same time, Zhou Moujing was sentenced to one year and seven months in prison.
According to industry sources, the brand involved in the above case is Longji Green Energy. On July 17
this year, Longji Distributed Photovoltaic Guanwei (an account of Longji Leye Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.) Also issued a statement on the authorized qualification of distributors.
Longji Leye issued a statement in response to market inquiries, clarifying the distributor authorization qualification of Jiangsu Dengmai Photovoltaic New Energy Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Dengmai"). The statement said that Jiangsu Dengmai was not an authorized distributor of Longji Leye, and that Longji Leye had never granted the company the relevant qualifications for distribution and agency, and that there was no authorized cooperative relationship between the two sides.
Longji Leye said that all business activities carried out by Jiangsu Dengmai in the name of its authorized distributors were unauthorized, and Longji Leye did not bear any legal responsibility.
Since 2025, Longji Green Energy, Tongwei Stock , Trina Solar Energy , Xiexin Integration, Zhengtai Xinneng, Aixu Stock and other photovoltaic module manufacturers have issued micro-announcements, emphasizing the uniqueness of authorized channels. At the same time, it warns the risk of selling products through unauthorized channels.
