The announcement shows that Wang Bin, the director, vice-chairman and general manager of the company, has submitted a written resignation report to the board of directors of the company for age reasons (retirement), and applied to resign as director, vice-chairman, general manager and member of the strategic committee of the board of directors of the company. After resignation, he will not continue to work in the company and its holding subsidiaries.
It is reported that Wang Bin's departure time is September 23, 2025, and the original departure time is August 22, 2027.
