On June 21, Aixu issued a feasibility analysis report on the use of funds raised by issuing A-share stocks to specific targets in 2023 (the third revision).
It is reported that the proposed fund-raising will not exceed 3.5 billion yuan, mainly for Yiwu Phase VI 15GW high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell project and supplementary liquidity.
The report disclosed that the company plans to invest 8.516 billion yuan to build a new generation of N-type ABC high-efficiency solar cell project in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, with a construction period of 18 months.
In addition, the announcement disclosed that the company expects to gradually build and put into operation the ABC module base with a capacity of 35 GW by the end of 2025, and the current N-type battery capacity is only about 20 GW, which can not meet the needs of future module business.
This project will fill the gap of photovoltaic cell capacity brought by the construction of component capacity.
