In order to further strengthen the work of safety production examination, standardize the management of safety production examination institutions and examination points, maintain the order of examination, take the examination discipline seriously and improve the quality of examination, according to the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China", "Safety Production Training Management Measures" and "Safety Technology Training for Special Operators". Formulate these Provisions.
Safety production examination refers to the safety technology examination for special operators, as well as the safety production knowledge and management ability examination for the principal responsible persons and safety production management personnel of production and operation units such as mines, dangerous chemicals, oil and gas exploitation, fireworks and firecrackers, metal smelting, etc. (Hereinafter referred to as the safety production knowledge and management ability examination).
