Safety production examination refers to the safety technology examination for special operators, as well as the safety production knowledge and management ability examination for the principal responsible persons and safety production management personnel of production and operation units such as mines, dangerous chemicals, oil and gas exploitation, fireworks and firecrackers, metal smelting, etc. (Hereinafter referred to as the safety production knowledge and management ability examination).

With the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, 22 central inspection teams will be stationed in 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps in mid-March to carry out open and secret visits to production safety in the first quarter of 2025 for a period of about 7 days in each region.
