Notice of the Ministry of Emergency Management on Publicly Soliciting Opinions on the Safety Regulations for Operation in Confined Space (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)

In order to further strengthen and standardize the safety work of limited space operations and effectively curb the occurrence of accidents in limited space operations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has revised the Interim Provisions on Safety Management and Supervision of Limited Space Operations in Industrial and Trade Enterprises (Decree No.59 of the State Administration of Safety Supervision) and drafted the Safety Provisions for Limited Space Operations (Draft for Opinions). It is now open to the public for comments. The public can provide feedback through the following ways and means:

1. Log on to the Legal Information Network of the Chinese Government of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China (www.moj.gov.cn and www.chinalaw.gov.cn) and enter the column of "Legislative Opinion Collection" in the main menu of the home page to submit their opinions.
