The statistical data of crude steel output in all parts of the country from January to November 2025 show that the cumulative output of crude steel in China has a certain scale and shows a downward trend compared with the same period last year. There were significant differences in the output and year-on-year situation among different regions, and the output of most regions decreased year-on-year. Among them, the year-on-year decline in Shaanxi is relatively large, reaching -13.05%; while the year-on-year increase in Qinghai is more prominent, 11.59%; the year-on-year decline in Inner Mongolia is relatively small, -0.04%. It reflects the changing trend of crude steel production in different regions as a whole.

2025, the total output of crude steel in China was 891.665 million tons, representing a year-on-year decrease of 4.00%. In the regional data, the cumulative output of crude steel in Hebei is the highest, reaching 178,198,400 tons, while that in Qinghai is the lowest, reaching 1,410,000 tons. On a year-on-year basis, 2 provinces increased, 23 provinces decreased, Shaanxi had the largest decline of -13.05%, Qinghai had the largest increase of 11.59%, and the overall crude steel output showed a downward trend.
