On August 14, the announcement of EPC general contracting results of green low-carbon distributed photovoltaic and energy storage project in Cuiping District of Yibin New Energy, Sichuan, was issued. The project was finally won by Hunan Liujian Mechanical and Electrical Installation Co., Ltd. with a price of 80.61 million yuan , equivalent to a unit price of 2.687 yuan/watt (Note: calculated according to the photovoltaic DC side capacity, excluding the energy storage capacity ).
Earlier, on July 7, the tender announcement for the project was issued, and the tenderer was Yibin New Energy Industry Co., Ltd.
This project plans to build a new distributed solar photovoltaic power generation system, which is composed of solar modules, grid-connected inverters, step-up transformers, 10kV/380kV grid-connected primary system, low-voltage photovoltaic grid-connected cabinets, metering devices and secondary protection systems, with about 52000 photovoltaic modules. The construction scale is 30 MWp , consisting of grid-connected automatic electric energy metering device, operation monitoring system, secondary protection system and supporting energy storage system . Metering solar power input user distribution side power generation; it is planned to build user side energy storage in high energy consumption area of Cuiping District, Yibin City, with a construction scale of 10 MWh . Through the construction of user side energy storage project, the energy storage system will be used to discharge during peak hours of electricity price, so as to reduce the purchased electricity and reduce the cost of electricity consumption; Charge during the period of low electricity price to realize the optimal allocation of power resources.
On July 28, the bid for the above project was opened, with a maximum bid price of 85.462 million yuan. There were seven bidders, with quotations ranging from 79.736 million yuan to 81.035 million yuan.
According to the bidding results of the next day (July 29), only three candidates were shortlisted for the project bidding, as follows:
