On June 26, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Ya'an City, Sichuan Province announced the acceptance of the "Environmental Impact Report Form for the Construction Project of Hanyuan 400 MW Photovoltaic Power Station (Nimei 70 MW) (Re-approval) of Pubugou Hydropower Station Water and Wind Complementary Project".
Documents show that the project is constructed by Guoneng Dadu River Pubugou Power Generation Co., Ltd. and is planned to be built in Nimei Yi Township and Pianma Yi Township, Hanyuan County, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province. Hanyuan 400 MW Photovoltaic Power Station (Nimei 70 MW), a new water-wind-solar complementary project of Pubugou Hydropower Station. The total investment for the project is RMB 343.457 million yuan . The main construction contents of
the project include: photovoltaic array area, 110kV booster station and its on-site transmission and transformation lines, on-site road construction, etc. The installed capacity of DC side of PV modules in this project is 79.MWp 41304, and the capacity of AC side is 70MW .
The re-approval is mainly due to the change in the construction of the booster station. Due to the access system, the voltage level of the Nimei booster station is increased from 110kV to 220kV, and the voltage level is increased. The capacity of the main transformer in this period and the final period is 1 × 70 MVA (the number and capacity of the main transformer remain unchanged); Due to the access system, the voltage level of the original Nimei is adjusted to 220kV, so the original one-circuit 110kV outgoing line interval is changed to 220kV outgoing line interval.
