On October 9, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Guigang City, Guangxi, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of environmental impact documents of the " Phase I Project of Xinhe Fishery and Light Integrated Photovoltaic Project in Gangnan District". The project applicant is Tongwei Integrated Management Services (Guigang) Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Tongwei New Energy Co., Ltd .
Documents show that the first phase of the project is the first declared expansion project, located in Yaoping Village, Xinxing Village, Xinhua Village and Shanquan Village, Batang Street, Qiaowei Town, Gangnan District, Guigang City, with a total land area of 104.6618 hectares. The total investment is 150 million yuan and the construction period is 12 months.
It is reported that, The project relies on the existing project (Xinhe Intelligent Fishery Industrial Park Project (Phase I) in Gangnan District, Guigang City, Guangxi) to build photovoltaic brackets and install photovoltaic modules above the bullfrog breeding pond for solar power generation. The planned installed capacity of the AC side of the project is 50 MW , and the designed installed capacity of the DC side is 84 MWp . Installed with 615 Wp monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and related supporting electrical equipment. According to
the data, the total investment of Tongwei Guigang Xinhe Intelligent Fishery Industrial Park project is about 2.3 billion yuan , with a total planned area of about 6450 mu, which is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project invested about 500 million yuan in aquaculture + photovoltaic, and planned to use about 1569 mu of land for the construction of intelligent fishery (bullfrog) breeding base, including tail water treatment facilities, aquaculture water supply facilities, etc. After the completion of the breeding base, a 100M Wp photovoltaic power generation project will be built above the breeding pond. The project started on June 19, 2024.
