Yingde Runfeng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has applied to the Management Committee of Yingde High-tech Zone for the construction of the relocation project of the cement grinding station with an annual output of 1 million tons. The construction location and specific indicators of the project are shown in the attached figure. After reviewing the relevant information by the Management Committee of Qingyuan Yingde High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Urban and Rural Planning and the Measures for Publicizing the Planning of Qingyuan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau, it is decided that from November 8, 2023 to November 17, 2023, the relevant matters of the proposed construction project will be publicized on the spot to solicit the opinions of the surrounding residents.

Project overview: The total planned land area of the project is 1,888.6.26 square meters, the building density is 44.20%, the plot ratio is 1.04, and the green space ratio is 15.09%. The proposed project covers an area of 4021.01 square meters, involving six buildings, including mixed material storage shed, clinker storage, cement mill, cement bulk storage, cement packaging room, power distribution room, as well as admixture storage, cement storage, wastewater collection pool, rec irculating pool, waste oil collection room and other structures. The total building area is 5153.48 square meters and the capacity area is 7535.82 square meters.
