China Cement Network, delivered a speech. He said that in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development, the cement industry is facing many difficulties, such as energy consumption, environmental pollution, resource shortage and so on, which also urges the industry to accelerate the reform of energy saving and cost reduction, green energy assistance, quality improvement and efficiency improvement.

July is hot, but our cement industry has fallen into the cold winter, the demand is down, the supply and demand are unbalanced, the price of cement has been "falling endlessly", more and more cement enterprises realize that they should deeply tap the potential of energy saving, expand the application of photovoltaic, energy storage and other technologies. Promoting RDF, green power, fuel substitution and traditional energy transformation has become the key breakthrough point for cement enterprises to enhance their comprehensive strength and market competitiveness.
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued the Benchmarking Level and Benchmark Level of Energy Efficiency in Key Industrial Areas (2023 Edition), emphasizing once again that enterprises should be guided to carry out energy-saving and carbon-reduci ng technological transformation or elimination in an orderly manner, and to eliminate projects whose energy efficiency is lower than the benchmark level and which cannot be completed on schedule. Under the requirements of realizing the "double carbon target" and the green development of industry, the cement industry is facing many problems such as energy consumption, environmental pollution and resource shortage, which also urges the industry to accelerate the reform of energy saving and cost reduction, green energy assistance, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, so as to achieve the goal of sustainable development. Some leading cement enterprises have taken the lead in the layout of photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, crystalline silicon production and other fields. For example, in addition to crystalline silicon, photovoltaic power generation also has power generation technologies with different efficiencies and functions, such as cadmium, copper, gallium rare earth, perovskite, etc; In addition to SRF and co-disposal of hazardous wastes, the co-disposal of cement kilns can also use the unique thermal process of cement kilns to disassemble lithium batteries. In fact, the cement industry is not only a simple traditional building materials manufacturing industry, but also a future ecological industry with environmental protection, energy transfer and other functions.
