later, Yang Yi once again came to Liuzhou Yufeng "Scattered Collection" project and the packing site of the stacker at the cement delivery platform of Line 2 # to "look back" on how to improve the delivery efficiency of clinker containers and the packing and delivery efficiency of the stacker. At the symposium, Yang Yi listened to the report on the production and operation of Yufeng in Liuzhou, and understood the current difficulties and countermeasures of Yufeng in Liuzhou.
Yang Yi fully affirmed the measures taken by Liuzhou Yufeng to reduce costs and fees. He pointed out that the more difficult it is, the more courage and ability Party members and leading cadres should have. The leading group of Liuzhou Yufeng should take the lead in setting an example, dare to break the situation, and lead all the staff of Liuzhou Yufeng to spare no effort to win the battle and turn over.
Yang Yi put forward three requirements for the next work of Liuzhou Yufeng:
stick to the original mission. Liuzhou Yufeng is the birthplace of Yufeng Group, and also the blood root of Yufeng Group. We should have the determination and courage to "dare to be the first in Yufeng, dare to be the first in the industry". It is necessary to take the labor competition as an opportunity, go all out, and launch a general attack toward the established goal of "working hard for 100 days.".
We should do a good job of "combination boxing" to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Liuzhou Yufeng should take profit as the core, take the goal as the guidance, dynamically and scientifically balance the relationship between output, cost and price, strictly control the quality, and keep the lifeline of Yufeng cement quality in the market storm. The morale of cadres and workers
should be boosted. The more difficult it is, the more it reflects the responsibility and ability of cadres. Liuzhou Yufeng should unite as one in the face of difficulties and take various measures to ensure the efficient operation of the kiln system. At the same time, it should comprehensively improve the quality of factory service, keep a close eye on the crux of the problem, make precise efforts, speak with data, and interpret the practical responsibility of "Yufeng people" with action and sweat.
