西南科技大学副教授齐砚勇作《烧成系统能效判定与操作控制优化策略》主题报告。他从生产现状、窑煅烧能力判断、篦冷机分析、智能控制核心——窑内煤粉燃烧四个方面,详细介绍了烧成系统能效判定与操作控制优化策略。

他指出,影响篦冷机换热效率的主要因素—“风短路”,他分析,“风短路”形成原因—料层分布、固定端用风。“风短路”判断依据—风机电流与压力相关系数。

齐砚勇指出,高的二、三次风温度是窑系统节煤核心,高的入窑炉风量是窑系统高产的关键,要达到高产低耗的目的,就需要提高篦冷机热回收效率,避免“风短路”现象,提高入窑炉风量;二、三次风温度增加,篦冷机回收热量增加,煤粉用量降低,理论空气量降低。
