Qi Yanyong, an associate professor of Southwest University of Science and Technology, made a keynote report on "Energy Efficiency Determination and Operation Control Optimization Strategy of Firing System".

On November 29, the Fifth China Cement Intelligent Summit Forum, sponsored by China Cement Network, was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Qi Yanyong, an associate professor of

Southwest University of Science and Technology, made a keynote report on "Energy Efficiency Determination and Operation Control Optimization Strategy of Firing System". He introduced in detail the energy efficiency judgment and operation control optimization strategy of the firing system from four aspects: production status, kiln calcination capacity judgment, grate cooler analysis, and intelligent control core-pulverized coal combustion in the kiln.

He pointed out that the main factor affecting the heat exchange efficiency of grate cooler is "wind short circuit", and he analyzed the causes of "wind short circuit"-material layer distribution and fixed end wind. Judgment basis of "wind short circuit"-correlation coefficient between fan current and pressure.
