Recently, the research and application project of high-tensile concrete for frozen shaft wall in deep overburden, which was jointly completed by China Coal Third Construction 71 Engineering Agency, China University of Mining and Technology and Hehai University, passed the technical appraisal in Hefei.
< P > < FONT face = Verdana > The research and application of high-tension concrete for freezing shaft lining in deep alluvium belongs to the technical field of mine safety production. The research of this project is carried out in combination with the auxiliary shaft engineering of Longgu Coal Mine in Shandong Province, which was won by the 71st Engineering Department in 2004. The surface soil section of Longgu auxiliary shaft is 580 meters, and the freezing depth is 650 meters, which is the deepest freezing and the most complex shaft wall design project in China and Asia. In order to resist the high ground pressure, the construction unit of the project has developed the high strength concrete with the strength grade above C70 under the ultra-low temperature condition. Through the analysis, calculation and simulation test, the relationship between the practical application and the test block has been found, so as to change the current test method that mostly uses the test block strength to represent the actual shaft lining strength, and fill in the blank of the ground pressure data and scientific research in the deep alluvium in China.
