"China's new energy industry has achieved leapfrog development and systematic iterative upgrading." Looking back on the development of China's new energy industry in the past 20 years, Zhong Baoshen, president of the All-China New Energy Chamber of Commerce, chairman and general manager of Longji Green Energy, said that after 20 years of continuous struggle and innovative breakthroughs, China's new energy industry has achieved a historic leap from following to running and then to leading, completely reversing the development of "three heads outside". Build a new energy industry cluster with the largest scale, the most complete industrial chain and the most complete supporting system in the world, and form an industrial development pattern with leading technology, stable supply and outstanding competitiveness.
However, while the scale continues to grow, China's new energy industry has entered a new stage of development with the largest scale, the most complex challenges and the broadest opportunities, and has entered a critical stage of structural adjustment, kinetic energy conversion and upgrading.
"In the long run, the global energy transformation process continues to accelerate, the rapid development of digital economy, artificial intelligence and other industries has brought massive demand for green electricity, and the long-term and high-growth development fundamentals of new energy have not changed." Zhong Baoshen said, "The short-term adjustment of the industry is an inevitable process of iterative upgrading of the industry, which creates a new opportunity for the industry to improve quality and efficiency, innovate and break through, and develop with high quality."
At present, China's new energy is moving from supplementary power supply to main power supply, from power generation side to user side, with broad application space and great potential. In June this year, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for the Construction of a New Energy System ", which clearly put forward that by 2030, the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will reach 25%, and the proportion of wind power and solar power installed will exceed half, becoming the main body of power installed.
To expand the application of green energy, Zhong Baoshen believes that the focus is to do a good job of three "expansion":
First, expand the space, so that new energy from the "point" to the "surface". Relying on large bases, we will further expand the scale space of centralized development, and promote the full development of distributed new energy in industrial parks, urban buildings, rural courtyards and other scenes, so that green electricity can be integrated into all aspects of production and life.
The second is to expand the way of new energy from "electricity" to "energy". To achieve synergy and complementarity of electricity, heat, hydrogen and gas, and to take root in industrial decarbonization, clean heating, green fuel and other areas difficult to reduce emissions, so that green energy can penetrate into more links of economic and social development.
Third, expand the mechanism to make the value of new energy truly explicit. We should speed up the improvement of the trading mechanism of green electricity and green certificates, so that the environmental and social values of new energy can be smoothly transformed into economic values, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of various market players to develop and utilize new energy, and jointly promote the continuous expansion of the scale of green energy application.
Zhong Baoshen often said: "An industry can have no scale, but it cannot have no technology; it can experience a low ebb, but it cannot lose innovation." Nowadays, scenarios are in turn driving innovation-artificial intelligence is reconstructing the whole industry chain of global new energy: at the manufacturing end, intelligent production lines redefine accuracy and efficiency; at the operation end, unmanned stations and equipment self-diagnosis accelerate the implementation; at the transaction end, intelligent algorithms are accurately pricing every degree of green electricity.
Nowadays, photovoltaic application scenarios are also continuing to innovate. Zhong Baoshen believes that where the scene is, the direction of innovation is. One is to make manufacturing more aware of the scene. In the past, it was "based on production and sales", but now it is necessary to turn to "based on scenarios"-to provide targeted integrated solutions around different roofs, different terrains and different electricity loads, to promote the integration of optical storage and grid friendliness, and to make products from "capable of generating electricity" to "easy to use, easy to install and easy to manage". The second is to let the scene breed new models. Let the real application needs of green hydrogen production, zero carbon park , power computing collaboration, marine pasture, reverse traction technology iteration and business model reconstruction, promote new energy from "capacity scale" to "full scene value", from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing".
