On September 15, Suzhou Xinyu Green Energy Co., Ltd. issued a tender announcement on EPC + 5-year operation and maintenance general contracting of 150MWp household distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Suzhou Xinyu Green Energy Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that Suzhou Xinyu Green Energy Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries intend to develop household distributed photovoltaic projects on the roofs and courtyards of existing residential buildings in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hebei and other provinces, with a construction scale of 150 MW on the DC side . The procurement of equipment and materials for this
project includes photovoltaic modules (700 Wp and above high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass photovoltaic modules are tentatively used ), inverters , Support, cable, power distribution equipment procurement, equipment installation, commissioning and trial operation and other related services. After the project is completed and put into operation, the bid winner shall be responsible for the power generation operation of the project and all the work related to the operation and maintenance of the project, such as repair, maintenance and equipment replacement. In terms of
performance period, the EPC general contracting period is one year from the date of issuance of the order to commence construction or the date when the project construction scale reaches 150 MW on the DC side; the operation and maintenance period is five years after the completion and acceptance of the project. In terms of
performance, this tender requires independent bidders or units undertaking EPC general contracting tasks in the consortium to have a cumulative performance of 50 MW or more household or industrial and commercial photovoltaic EPC general contracting projects from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. Among them, the performance of household photovoltaic part is not less than 10 MW. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . In case of bidding by a consortium, the consortium leader shall be determined by the members of the consortium, and the number of members of the consortium shall not exceed 2. Each party of the consortium shall sign a consortium bidding agreement to clarify the rights and obligations of the consortium leader and each party. The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. from September 15 , 2026 to September 21, 2026 . The bid
closing/opening time is 14:00 on October 15, 2026.
