On March 26, the tender announcement for the general contracting (EPC) of the 1 million kilowatt "grass-light complementary" photovoltaic project of Shima Bingdi Integration of the Eighth Division was issued.
The announcement shows that the tenderer of the project is Shaanxi Jianxin Energy (Manas) Co., Ltd., located in Manas, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region , with a construction scale of 1000 MW photovoltaic power generation project. The planned installed capacity of DC side is 1069 MW 36128, and a new 220 kV step-up substation will be built.
This tender is for the survey, preliminary design, construction drawing design, equipment procurement, construction, power supply services, commissioning, testing, inspection, acceptance, quality assurance, technical services, etc. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . In case of consortium bidding, all parties of the consortium shall sign a consortium agreement. The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 9:30 on March 26 , 2026 to 18:00 on March 30, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 10:00 on April 15, 2026.
