The announcement shows that due to the objections received from potential bidders, the bidding activities of this project are now suspended, and the time for resuming the bidding activities will be notified separately.
On August 7, the general contracting project of the photovoltaic power generation project (Phase I) issued a tender announcement, and the tenderer was Huizhou Huicheng Huineng Energy Investment Co., Ltd.
This project is planned to use the controllable and available resources of the People's Government of Huicheng District to lay the roof photovoltaic. According to the surveying and mapping data, the controllable roof area is 526211. 365 ㎡, and the area available for the construction of distributed photovoltaic is about 363482 ㎡. Roof resources are mainly distributed on the roofs of government-controlled public buildings such as relevant administrative institutions and medical institutions in Huicheng District. The total designed installed capacity of the project is 83.081 MWp .
As the roof involved in this project is the roof of Jinshi Processing Plant and the general roof, photovoltaic panels are laid. In order to facilitate construction, the project is divided into Phase I and Phase II. The first phase is to lay photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building , and the second phase is to lay photovoltaic panels on the roof of Jinshi Processing Plant . The scope of this tender is Huicheng District Government Control Resources Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (Phase I) (the final available roof area of the project is measured according to the actual roof resources provided by the tenderee, and the installed capacity and power generation are subject to the actual occurrence).
