On May 11, Shaanxi Traffic Control Green Development Group issued a tender announcement for EPC design and construction of highway distributed photovoltaic power generation project (the second batch of the second phase), and the tenderer was Shaanxi Traffic Control Green Development Group Co., Ltd. The
content shows that the project is located in the expressway area and service area (including parking area), toll station, ramp circle, slope and open space in Shaanxi Province under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Traffic Holding Group Co., Ltd. with a planned capacity of 240.22 MWp in the second phase.
This tender is the second batch of the second phase. The scope of bidding is the investigation, design, equipment procurement and installation of the remaining undeveloped distributed photovoltaic power generation and supporting energy storage system projects within the highway area under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Traffic Control Group, the structura l reinforcement of photovoltaic equipment installed on the roofs of some buildings, the construction of monitoring and security systems, and the construction of photovoltaic power generation and supporting energy storage systems. As well as the internal and external formalities required for construction, including the operation and maintenance services during the defect liability period, the photovoltaic installed capacity of 103 MWp (estimated capacity) is constructed . At the same time, it is equipped with energy storage facilities not less than 20% of the installed photovoltaic capacity . The planned construction period of the
project is 24 months, and it is planned to enter the site in June 2026.
This tender not only requires bidders to have good business reputation, financial status and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, in the past three years (from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding), it is required to have a total of not less than one general contracting (EPC) performance for the design and construction of photovoltaic power generation projects under construction or completed in the highway area or one highway at the same time. Engineering survey performance, design performance of one photovoltaic power generation project, and construction performance of one photovoltaic power generation project under construction or completed. Consortium bidding is accepted for
the project. The number of all members of the consortium shall not exceed 3 , and the leader of the consortium shall be the unit undertaking the survey and design or the professional division of labor for the construction of the main project.
