before the approval of the environmental impact assessment of the battery technology and equipment project shows that the industrialization project of the new crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem solar cell technology and equipment is a reconstruction project. The total investment is planned to be 203.53 million yuan , covering an area of 4000 square meters. In the workshop of the original record project "Longji Central Research Institute Phase I Pilot Project", the leased workshop and supporting equipment of the original project will be used. It mainly constructs a pilot production line of 100 MW high-efficiency crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem battery , and carries out research, development and pilot test of new high-efficiency crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem battery.
A month ago, on July 14, Longji Green Energy announced that its self-developed crystalline silicon-perovskite tandem solar cell had a conversion efficiency of 35.5% , which is the highest certified efficiency of the technology route so far.
At the same time, Tong Hongbo, president of Longji Green Energy Academia Sinica, also said: "BC structure is the theoretically optimal battery structure in terms of single junction, and it is the easiest and earliest perovskite stack form to achieve mass production in terms of four-terminal stack.". These may become the direction of our new generation of technology in the next five years or so.
The new high-efficiency back contact (BC) battery technology and equipment project is a new project, located in Jinghe New Town, Xixian New District, Shaanxi Province, renting part of the plant and supporting equipment of Longji Leye Photovoltaic Technology (Xixian New District) Co., Ltd. In addition, texturing cleaning machine, trough cleaning machine, low-pressure chemical vapor deposition equipment, patterning (laser drilling) equipment, screen printing machine, sintering machine, light injection and other equipment were added to carry out the industrialization development of new high-efficiency back contact (BC) batteries and the construction of 1GW high-efficiency battery production line.
