According to the announcement, the project is a new project with a total investment of 250 million yuan , which is constructed by Sichuan Panli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd . The construction site is located in the standardized workshop of Dacaoba, Baima Industrial Park, Miyi, Sichuan.
The EIA announcement shows that the project will rent the standardized workshop of Miyi Urban-Rural Integration Development Investment and Development Co., Ltd. for construction, and there is no legacy equipment and facilities in the workshop.
The project mainly constructs a new generation of thin film photovoltaic module production line , mainly equipped with dust-free production workshop, product exhibition area, office area, raw material warehouse, etc., and supporting the construction of related auxiliary facilities. It is understood that after the completion of the project, the annual production capacity of 100 MW perovskite thin film photovoltaic modules will be formed. According to
public information, Sichuan Panli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2025 with a registered capital of 5 million yuan, which is 100% controlled by Zhejiang Calcium Europe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Previously, on May 24 , Zhejiang Calcium Europe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. completed the project contract with Miyi County.
