On June 3, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, announced the acceptance of the Environmental Impact Report on the Technical Reform Project of Monocrystalline Silicon Slices of Anhui Huasheng New Materials Co., Ltd.

The environmental impact report shows that the project is located in the 1 # workshop of Jinmei Carbon Material Industrial Park, 118 Xuanjiu Avenue, Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province. The project is constructed by Anhui Huasheng New Materials Co. , Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Anhui Huasheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 420.33 million yuan . Among them, the total investment of the proposed technical transformation project is 25.2412 million yuan.

It is reported that the company intends to upgrade the original 2.7 GW high-efficiency heterojunction battery monocrystalline silicon wafer project by adding new equipment, equipment transformation, process optimization and other technical transformation measures . 3.3G W monocrystalline silicon wafers were added, and the production capacity of monocrystalline silicon wafers was increased from 2.7 GW to 6 GW , with a total of 12 production lines . According to

the data, the "2.7 GW Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer Project for Heterojunction Batteries" has been approved by the Economic Development Zone Branch of Xuancheng Ecological Environment Bureau of Anhui Province on August 18, 2023 (Xuanhuankai [2023] 49), and the independent acceptance has been completed in May 2024.

In addition, Anhui Huasheng New Materials Co., Ltd. currently has a 1.5g W heterojunction battery dedicated monocrystalline silicon wafer project , which is located in the 2 # plant of the industrial park, with a total of 8 production lines . The capacity of each line is 132,000 PCs/H, 187.5MW/year.
