On March 25, Yahua Group announced the signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement with MGLIT, Brazil, and planned to continue purchasing the product within five years after the stable production of spodumene concentrate.
According to the agreement, MGLIT is required to sell and deliver at least 120,000 dry metric tons of spodumene concentrate to Yahua Group in each contract year, and the product pricing is based on 6% lithium oxide content per dry metric ton, with a minimum price of $1,000 per dry metric ton.
Yahua Lithium Industry is the main supplier of lithium salt products in the world, and its main business includes lithium mining and lithium salt processing. Lithium salt production capacity is 130000 tons, and overseas production capacity is planned to be 60000 tons.
