Qiao Yanqiang stressed that we should keep a close eye on the city's annual environmental air quality improvement target, adhere to the treatment of winter diseases in summer, further strengthen the coordinated control of PM2.5 and ozone in summer, vigorously promote the coordinated emission reduction of volatile organic compounds and nitrogen oxides, highlight the fine control of key pollution sources, key regions and key periods, and speed up the completion of various shortcomings. Third, we should strengthen the control of industrial source pollution. Focusing on the time nodes of key tasks, we will firmly promote special actions such as the elimination of independent sand and gravel aggregates in non-supporting mines, the withdrawal of gas-related enterprises from cities and parks in key areas, the integration and withdrawal of sintered brick and tile enterprises, the comprehensive renovation of industrial clusters, the investigation and renovation of inefficient and ineffective facilities, and the upgrading of environmental performance levels of gas-related enterprises. Fourth, we should strengthen the control of non-point source pollution. We will continue to carry out special actions for comprehensive control of dust pollution and vigorously control all kinds of dust pollution. We will continue to strengthen the control of open-air incineration of combustibles, cooking fume control and coal burning, and continuously improve the level of non-point source pollution control. Fifth, we should actively promote the beautiful blue sky construction project. We should scientifically formulate the plan for the use of funds for beautiful blue sky construction projects, study and formulate the implementation plan for the whole process management, strengthen the fine management of the whole process of project funds, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and ensure the realization of performance objectives.
