With the advantages of high conversion efficiency, low cost, excellent weak light response performance and lower temperature coefficient, perovskite is regarded as the third generation photovoltaic technology, and its development potential and application space are highly expected by the industry. At the two sessions this year, Wang Gang, deputy of the National People's Congress and chairman of Shandong Jinjing Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Jinjing Science and Technology"), made suggestions on the high-quality development of photovoltaic industry with perovskite technology.
Wang Gang suggested that we should start with national planning, industrial clusters and green financial support to build a three-dimensional support system to promote the high-quality development of perovskite photovoltaic industry.
Specifically, perovskite photovoltaic technology and industrial development will be incorporated into the national "15th Five-Year Plan", from basic research to large-scale application of the whole chain system layout; At the same time, we will support the construction of differentiated industrial clusters in areas with resource endowments, such as focusing on GW level mass production in Jiangsu, strengthening the research and development of key basic materials in Shandong, giving full play to the advantages of trona resources in Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, and strengthening the TCO conductive film photovoltaic glass industry chain in Shizuishan City, Ningxia, to prepare for core raw materials.
On the application side, Wang Gang suggested that in large-scale photovoltaic bases, centralized power stations and large and medium-sized distributed photovoltaic projects, the proportion of perovskite components should not be less than 10% , and that of zero-carbon parks should not be less than 30%. Perovskite photovoltaic consumer goods will be included in the "two new" policy support scope, through financial subsidies and green consumption incentives, expand the domestic demand market, and create a broader application space for new technologies.
Wang Gang also proposed that regions with good photovoltaic industry foundation and excellent resource endowment should be encouraged to take the lead in introducing industrial support policies to expand the scope, support leading enterprises in the industrial chain to build national technology centers, and promote the construction of a collaborative innovation platform for perovskite photovoltaic technology. At the same time, select conditional areas to build a number of large-scale application demonstration zones of perovskite photovoltaic technology, forming a replicable and popularizable experience model, providing demonstration guidance for nationwide popularization and application.
