Recently, China Gezhouba Xili Cement Company successfully obtained the certificate of cement products for sand oil wells, and the first batch of products were successfully sold to oil fields in western Kazakhstan, becoming the first cement manufacturer in the country to produce cement for sand oil wells and obtain the certificate of cement products. Since
this year, in order to actively respond to the urgent needs of oilfield customers, Xili Company has set up a special working group to coordinate the promotion of raw material sourcing, production, warehousing, packaging, quality inspection, license processing and other links, and efficiently complete product development and delivery tasks, which has been well received by customers.
The sand oil well cement has good high temperature resistance stability, is suitable for high temperature cementing engineering and heavy oil thermal recovery well engineering, and can effectively solve the problems of compressive strength decline, permeability increase and the like of the oil well cement around the wellbore under the condition of high temperature thermal recovery. The successful development of
this new product has effectively filled the gap in local products and improved the situation of long-term dependence on imports. In the next step, Xili Company will continue to develop special subdivided products such as compound oil well cement and low-density oil well cement, continuously enhance its core competitiveness, meet customers'personalized needs with diversified high-quality products, and better serve the development of oil and gas industry in local and surrounding countries.
