According to
the data, the target enterprise was established in June 2021 with a registered capital of 1 million yuan, and its business scope covers solar power generation technology services, wind power generation technology services, etc.

However, it is noteworthy that the disclosure information shows that the registered capital of the target company of 1 million yuan has not been paid in place. The transferor has subscribed a registered capital of 490000 yuan, which has not been paid in full, and the transferee will fulfill the obligation of paying in full within the time limit stipulated in the articles of association of the target enterprise.
In addition, on September 25, Three Gorges Energy was listed to transfer 50% of the shares of Yunming New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in Changyuan City, with a transfer base price of 56.9665 million yuan, and a one-time payment was required, with a deposit of 5.7 million yuan.
It is understood that the transfer target enterprise was registered in Xinxiang City, Henan Province, in December 2019, with a registered capital of 68.4 million yuan, which is a state-owned holding enterprise. Its business scope covers the development and construction of wind power and photovoltaic power generation projects, as well as the development, consultation and technical services of wind power and photovoltaic power generation technologies.
As of August 31, 2025, the total assets of Changyuan Yunming New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. are 36496 of 0.44 million yuan, total liabilities are 28043 of 0.02 million yuan, and owner's equity is 84.5342 million yuan.
It is noteworthy that, in addition to the shares of Kaifeng Hechang New Energy Co., Ltd. and Changyuan Yunming New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., 53 new energy enterprises have been transferred since the second half of this year, involving 24 state-owned enterprises.
